Reckless Media is a digital marketing and web design agency in Little Rock, Arkansas. This page explains what information we collect when you use recklessmedia.co, fill out one of our forms, or call or text our team, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to respond to you and run our business, we do not sell your information, and you can reach us any time with questions at mail@recklessmedia.co.

What we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or quote form, you give us your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project. When you call or text us, we keep the conversation history so we can pick up where we left off.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our site. This includes things like pages visited, time on page, device type, general location, and the source that brought you here. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
• Business records. If you become a client, we keep records of our work together, including proposals, agreements, invoices, and project files.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and talk with you about your project
• To provide services you hire us for
• To send you quotes, proposals, scheduling messages, and updates about work in progress
• To understand how our website performs and improve it
• To keep required business and tax records

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers.

Text messaging

If you check the SMS opt-in box on one of our forms, we may text you about your inquiry, quotes, and scheduling. Full program details, including how to opt out, are on our SMS Terms page.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except as needed to deliver the messages themselves through our messaging provider.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure site traffic. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site works fine without them. If you want to opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, Google offers a browser add-on for that.

Who we share with

We use a small set of service providers to run our business: website hosting, analytics, our CRM and messaging platform, and email. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us. Beyond that, we share information only when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client records as long as we have a business reason to hold them, or as long as the law requires for things like tax records. If you want your information removed, email us and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.

Your choices

• You can ask us what information we have about you
• You can ask us to correct or delete it
• You can opt out of text messages any time by replying STOP
• You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the email

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be posted here before they take effect.
